Diwali

During Prayer and Liturgy, the children say prayers in their hearts or aloud.

We celebrated Guardian Angels’ Feast Day

Our prayer for the International day of Peace

We learnt about the Mary and Holy Rosary We made Rosary bracelets with 10 beads on to help us count our prayers.

God made our beautiful world and everything in it. We went outside to appreciate the world God created. We used our senses and were ‘WOW-ed” by what we saw, felt and heard.

God made our beautiful world and everything in it. God made the wonderful world. We drew pictures of their things we admired in God’s world.

We made models of what we love the most in God’s world.

God made me. God made each one of us. God loves me. God loves everyone.

We must look after God’s creation, we are his Stewards. We have a responsibility to look after our environment so today, went litter picking.

We are Stewards of God’s World. We will look after his creatures, great and small.

We have been learning to say a special prayer.

We’ve know that we are all welcome in God’s family. We spoke about the sacrament of Baptism.

Some of our children chose to write prayer intention cards for family members during continuous provision. They placed the cards on the cross to “Send them to Jesus”

We spent some time in our Prayer Garden. We noticed the fruit on the trees, felt the soft grass and appreciated the world around us.
