Different year groups visit the Fire Safety Centre to participate in sessions focusing on how to keep safe. The centre located a five minute drive from school, is a purpose-built Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service Training and Safety Centre. Designed to inform visitors of all ages about how to protect themselves against fire and other dangers.

'The visit that could save your life' introduces children to the work of Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service and allows them to experience an impressive immersive theatre, which will provoke their senses with the smell of smoke, the heat of fire and the sound of sirens, to put them at the heart of the action.
