Laudato Si Centre Wardley Hall
Our GIFT Team have enjoyed a wonderful opportunity to visit Wardley Hall's Laudato Si Centre. Together with the GIFT Team from Our Lady of Lourdes, we have worked with Steve, Emma and Bob to recognise how we can make a positive impact to Climate Change. We have already made a list of ideas, observed the beautiful garden and created prayers. We also restocked the bird feeders, planted seeds to grow vegetables which will be used by adult groups for cooking and explored our food intake from our lunch boxes. Bishop John came to thank us for visiting.
What next?
It is now our mission to share our thoughts about Climate Change with the whole school community. We are going to be launching a themed 'Laudato Si' week from the 7th - 11th February. We can't wait to show you the impact we make.
