Thank you to families, children and staff who are now official snail owners. A big thank you also goes to our race sponsors, Shower Services, Bury Bed and Pine and AMS Garage. We are also grateful to the Bolholt Hotel for lending us a big projector screen. Come along and support your snail tomorrow night. A great time will be had by all!
Calendar money
After checking our records it would appear that there a number of calendars that we have not received payment for. This is just a gentle reminder if you have forgotten to send your money in.
Fund raiser for the people of Haiti
Many thanks to everyone who participated in and donated to our fund raiser in aid of the Haiti earthquake appeal. Yesterday we sent a cheque to CAFOD for £358.25. Thank you so much for your generosity and kindness.
Year 4 visit
Next Tuesday, 9th February the Year 4 children will be visiting Inscape House (part of the Together Trust which is for children with Autism). Some of the children from Inscape came into school and performed a Christmas medley for Year 4 at the end of last term.
Year 6 leavers’ party
Each year the families of Year 6 pupils plan and organise a leavers’ party. It would be beneficial if every Year 6 child had a family member attend the informal chat/meeting about this event which will be held on Monday 8th February at 8.30 pm at the Ainsworth Arms, Bolton Road, Bury. A section of the pub has been reserved for us.

Booking is really easy, just call in to see a member of staff or ask Mrs Cunliffe. Booking forms for next term need to be handed in also please make sure that fees are paid up-to-date.
